PailPal is distributed through Apple's App Store, so your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement in addition to the points below.
Apple's standard EULA
Unless we provide our own end-user license agreement, your use of PailPal is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
What PailPal is for
PailPal helps solo and two-person cleaning businesses price jobs, send invoices, and track mileage. It's a tool for running your business — it doesn't give tax, legal, or accounting advice. Mileage and sales-tax rates in the app are simple, editable records you control, not professional guidance.
Your account and data
PailPal has no account system of its own. Everything you create in the app — clients, quotes, invoices, mileage records — belongs to you and is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions and purchases
PailPal Pro is available as an auto-renewing annual subscription (with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-time purchase, billed and managed entirely through the App Store. Pricing is shown in your local currency before you buy, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Third-party payment links
PailPal lets you add your own payment link or note (for example, to Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App) to a quote or invoice so your clients can pay you directly — PailPal does not generate or provide these links itself. Those payments happen entirely between you and your client through that third party's own service; PailPal is not a party to them and isn't responsible for how those services handle the transaction.
Acceptable use
Use PailPal for your own cleaning business the way it's intended. Don't try to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the app or its billing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
