Privacy Policy

PailPal is built so there is as little of your data to protect as possible, because there's almost none of it anywhere but your own device and your own iCloud account.
No account with us
PailPal has no sign-in, no username, no password, and no account on our servers. Your identity inside the app is your existing Apple ID / iCloud account — we never see it, store it, or ask for it directly.
Where your data lives
Your clients, price book, quotes, invoices, mileage log, and income records are stored on your device and synced between your own iPhone and Mac through your own iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. That data passes through Apple's infrastructure under Apple's own privacy terms — not ours — and we have no server that stores, reads, or has access to it.
Contacts
If you add a client from your Contacts, PailPal reads only the specific contact you pick, through Apple's standard contact picker. It never gets broad access to your address book, and nothing is sent anywhere outside your device and your own iCloud sync.
No ads, no analytics, no trackers
PailPal does not run ads, does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Payments
Subscription and one-time purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store billing. We never see or store your payment details. If you use PailPal's "Who Owes Me" list with Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App links to collect payment from your own clients, those payments happen directly between you and your client through that service's own app — PailPal only stores the link/note you choose to keep.
Your data, your export
You can export your mileage and income records as a CSV at any time, directly from the app. There's no account to delete, because there's no account — deleting the app, or your iCloud data for it, removes what's stored.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date above will change with it. We won't change what the app actually does with your data without reflecting it here first.
